The gap was obvious.
Ministry leaders kept describing the same problem: the people they most needed weren't on their org chart. Strategy. Finance. Operations. Technology. The work that decides whether a mission grows or stalls is the work marketplace careers are built around.
The same week, marketplace leaders were telling us something else: they'd been giving for years, and giving felt thin. They had more to offer than money. They wanted somewhere to put it. Nobody was making the match.
